ARTICLE 1. CONCLUSION OF AGREEMENT

​

1.1 The agreement for purchase and sale is concluded at the moment of acceptance by the consumer of the offer and compliance with the corresponding conditions. The version of the General Terms and Conditions that applied at the time of the conclusion of the agreement always applies, unless the buyer has accepted the validity of a revised version of the General Terms and Conditions after the conclusion of the agreement.

1.2 House of Tarot is entitled to terminate the agreement if House of Tarot has good grounds to believe that the consumer will not be able to meet their obligation. If an order is not accepted or if further conditions are attached to it, House of Tarot will give reasons for this within ten days of receiving the order.

ARTICLE 2. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

​

2.1 The prices stated for the products and services offered are in euros, including VAT and excluding handling and shipping costs, any taxes or other levies, unless stated otherwise (option in the online shop) or agreed in writing.

2.2 Payment must be made immediately through the online shop or immediately after receiving a payment request via WhatsApp or other messaging app (phone).

2.3 Payment can be made by online bank transfer (Klarna). The total price will be visible on the shop’s page.

2.4 If you are in default with any payment, House of Tarot is entitled to suspend or terminate (the implementation of) the agreement and related agreements.

2.5 If the prices for the products and services offered increase in the period between the order and the execution thereof, you are entitled to cancel the order or to terminate the agreement after notification of the price increase by House of Tarot.

ARTICLE 3. DELIVERY

​

We strive to deliver the product within 3 to 5 working days. The product will be delivered within 30 days of ordering at the latest. If this is not possible 3.1 (order temporarily out of stock) or if there is a delay for another reason, or an order cannot be executed or only partially executed, you will receive a message within 1 month of placing the order and you can cancel the order without charge.

3.2 The delivery of the products takes place, at the place and time when the products are ready for shipment to you.

ARTICLE 4. RETENTION OF TITLE

​

4.1 The ownership of the products supplied will only transfer if you have paid everything that you owe to House of Tarot pursuant to any agreement. The risk with regard to the products is transferred to you at the time of delivery.

ARTICLE 5. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

​

5.1 You must fully and unconditionally respect all intellectual and industrial property rights that rest on the products supplied by House of Tarot.

ARTICLE 6. ADVERTISING

​

6.1 House of Tarot recommends inspecting the delivered goods immediately upon receipt and to report any defects found, in writing within a reasonable time.

6.2 If it has been demonstrated that the products do not comply with the agreement, you have the option to replace the relevant products with new products upon their return.

ARTICLE 7. PERIOD OF REVIEW

​

7.1 The offer will also include a trial period of at least seven working days, starting on the day following receipt by or on behalf of you, (unless otherwise agreed in accordance with paragraph 3.)

7.2 During the trial period you have the right to cancel, whereby you have the option of returning the received goods without any obligation on your part, other than the compensation for the direct costs of return. This doesn’t apply to Tarot and Numerology readings that have already been given, either online or in person.

7.3 During this period you will handle the product and the packaging with care. You will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether you wish to keep the product. If you exercise your right to cancel, you will return the product with all supplied accessories – if reasonably possible – in the original packaging to House of Tarot, in accordance with the instructions provided by House of Tarot.

7.4 You are responsible for the shipping costs for returns.

7.5 House of Tarot will refund the purchase amount to you within 30 days, including the costs of shipment paid.

ARTICLE 8. OTHER

​

8.1 If you provide House of Tarot with a written statement of an address, House of Tarot is obliged to send all orders to that address, unless you submit a written statement to House of Tarot providing another address to which your orders must be sent.

8.2 If one or more of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or any other agreement with House of Tarot should conflict with any applicable legal provision, the relevant provision will lapse and it will be replaced by a new legally permissible law to be determined by House of Tarot (similar provision).

ARTICLE 9. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

​

9.1 It is possible that you are not satisfied with a product and / or a service. Please contact us as soon as possible, preferably by e-mail at: tarot@online.nl We will respond to your complaint within 30 days at the latest.

9.2 The aforementioned does not affect the right to submit a dispute to the competent court. 

9.3 Only Dutch law applies to the agreement and these general terms and conditions.
